Got a very bad experience from here, budget friendly, but... Mosquito problems around 100 mosquito were killed by us.. And flesh not working poops wer floating, blood, poor air conditioning

Very close to Eranakulam South metro station and Eranakulam junction railway station.It's a budget freindly lodge but they are not maintaining the rooms well. Got a room with irreugular order. They are not allowing visiters to the room so it will be a bad choice for business minded people.Hotel is attached with a retaurant and the food is ok. Side dishes are super. But main curry' s was not much good.

Very bad rooms. No cleanliness at all. I had a very bad experience from this hotel. Water will run inside if it rains and better to learn swimming while you enter its compound. The travelers are provided with very poor facilities even the food they bring against our order is not even up to the minimum standard expected. The behaviour of the staff and management towards their guests are very much horrible. And as a common a man I cannot tolerate and suggest this hotel for you people who are viewing this review. Let me say the worst hotel i have ever stayed. I have to switch to another hotel due to all the above mentioned situation in this lodge. Its better not to go there.

Only plus points of this hotel is, it is very near to Ernakulam South Railway Station and South Metro and cheaper in rate. They are charging 620/- for single room.There is lack of maintenance. This hotel not at all recommendable for family and bachelors.

Rooms are not maintained properly. Single rooms are not at all clean. When I checked in there were wastes left out by those who were staying their before like cigrate buds leftover snacks packet and all. Windows are tied with strings and toilet windows doesn't even have proper glass pannels. Also sanitary fittings were all disassembled and water was having a foul smell.

Nice hotel for temporary stay. Hotel is under construction as per 30-10-2020. Still people can stay without much difficulties. Like to stay in future if they rectify the small needs. Pic's are geniue clicked by myself without any filter. For reviewers: Pro *Polite staff behaviour. *Drinking water available 24hr's. *Neat and tidy room. *Town area which is easy for travel and other needs(Next to metro station). *Railway station is near by. *Worth of money almost(Reduce room charge). Cons *No hot water working which may be due to construction. *No TV work's in which I stayed. *No wifi. *Less parking space. *No dust bin. *Lift is under construction. *Windows was unable close completely which made mosquito to enter(took my sleep most).

Location is great. 100 meter from metro and ernakulam junction. Only rooms are small. No AC. Normal bedsheet. Temporary basis can be used.

A budget hotel for short stay and freshup very close to Ernakulam South metro station and ernakulam south railway station. Have a restaurant at ground floor. Wifi is available only at ground floor...won't reach any rooms.
