I am booked this hotel for my business visits,hotel rooms are avarage type but in this area affordable rooms in this hotel .and good staffs ,neet and clean higene service

Don't book room from here, 1) high price 2) not worth this price 3) room , bed, wardrobe etc ..not clean , bad smell, 4) bad service 5) old type ac / not working properly 6) they need only money....

This hotel is situated very near to Vytilla Junction, a major transport hub of Ernakulam and because of its location accessibility is not a problem at all. That is its USP. Its a budget hotel and for the price and considering its location, its value for money. Bed is comfortable, linens could be a bit better. The room could do with a little more space and bit of maintenance. Bathroom is good, shower heads work very well but then again, could do with a bit more maintenance. The reception area is good but small. Entry to the rooms is not through the reception area but separate. No telephone/intercom in the rooms, no room service but ordering food online is available. But to compensate, the hotel premises has an excellent restaurant called Empire Plaza. All kinds of tasty food is available in the comfort of nicely done seating area with friendly waiters. True value for money. The only drawback is, though the restaurant is in the same building, in order to access the same, one has to exit the hotel and enter the restaurant from outside. There is no access from inside the hotel. All in all, the hotel is well connected, pocket friendly, neat and clean. Plus the property has got an excellent restaurant inside. Value for money.

Average food,good parking. Worst staffs, always directly ask for tips. And gives bad comments on customer and their orders.. Not a good place to visit with family. Greedy staffs asked tips individually.

Their food has always been good, consistent also, would recommend their appam and egg roast for breakfast, their curries are also good, generally good ambience and good seating area and ample parking space is provided, and also many options for food, and the restaurant is generally clean.

The rooms itself are decent, the beds were comfortable and it had good lighting, but they have no room service and we can't get anything to our room. The tap had issues with water supply and we had a hard time to get the hit water sorted out. Decent at most
