we sony, nibin , suda had an absolutely wonderful experience at kochi kitchen during the dinner buffet. from start to finish, the service was to top notch and truly made our evening special. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite and always had a smile. yhey ensured were comfortable, explained the dishes and were quick to assist with anything we needed. it wasnt just about the food it was the warm hospitality that stood out we'd especially like to thank the entire service team for their professionalism and care . every details was taken care of and it made the dining experience feel personal and memorable.|Thank you kochi kitchen for such a lovely evening. Writing this as a Marriott Bonvoy member and someone who has stayed at Marriott Kochi before. My previous experiences here were good, which is why I chose to return. But this time, the hotel has completely gone downhill — to the point where I honestly regret my decision to stay.||Let me be clear: this is no longer the premium hotel experience you’d expect from the Marriott brand. It’s become a place where basic hospitality is missing, and the service standards are shockingly poor.||From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment — not at the front desk, not at the restaurant, not from anyone. What’s even more upsetting is the clear difference in how Indian guests and foreign guests are treated. I saw foreign tourists being welcomed with smiles, small talk, and courteous service, while we were completely ignored.||In the restaurant, no one came to take our order, no one asked if we needed anything, and not a single staff member bothered to check in or even greet us. It felt like we were invisible — just expected to eat silently and leave. This is not a budget hotel where one lowers expectations — this is supposed to be Marriott.||There was no Bonvoy recognition either. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. Despite paying the same amount (if not more) as international guests, the treatment was cold, impersonal, and frankly, disrespectful.||It’s painful to say, but this hotel has become a shadow of what it once was. The management seriously needs to be looked into — either they’re completely unaware of what’s happening or they don’t care. Either way, something has to change, because this isn’t just bad service — it’s a complete failure of hospitality.||I wouldn’t recommend Marriott Kochi to anyone anymore, and I definitely won’t be returning. For those expecting Marriott standards — save your money and your time. There are far better hotels in Kochi that offer respectful service and real value for what you pay!!

A Wonderful Stay at Marriott Kochi – Room 1611 🌟 Currently staying on the 16th floor (Room 1611), and I must say, the experience has been absolutely delightful. The view from the room is stunning – a perfect blend of cityscape and serenity. The food here deserves a special mention – every meal has been a treat for the taste buds. From breakfast to dinner, the variety, freshness, and flavors are exceptional. The hospitality is warm and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Truly impressed by the service and the atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kochi – whether for business or leisure. Can’t wait to come back!

I recently visited Kochi Marriott Hotel for their lunch buffet and had a wonderful experience. The buffet spread was impressive with a wide variety of dishes that catered to both Indian and international tastes. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented.|| A special mention to Nangsal and Jincy for their warm hospitality and attentiveness throughout the meal. They made the dining experience even more enjoyable with their courteous and professional service.

Okay, so we just got back from our honeymoon at Kochi Marriott, and honestly, for us normal folks, it was pretty swanky! We're not usually rolling in luxury like this, so it felt like a real treat. First off, the location is super convenient, right next to Lulu Mall. That was a big plus, because even though it was our honeymoon, we still needed to grab a few things and just walk around. They even have a buggy to drop you off at the mall, which felt pretty cool. The room itself was really nice, super clean and comfy, like a proper hotel room you see in movies. The bed was so soft, we literally slept like babies after all the wedding craziness. We mostly stuck to the room and the common areas, didn't really try the fancy spa or anything like that, because, you know, budget. Breakfast spread was awesome. So many options, felt like we were eating for a week! The staff were polite, always smiling, and very helpful. Didn't feel like they were looking down on us or anything, which was a relief. Overall, it was a proper good experience for our honeymoon. If you're a normal person like us and want to feel a bit fancy without completely breaking the bank, this place is definitely worth considering. We had a memorable time, and that's what matters!

Hi All|1.Reviewing a Mariott property after a very long time and I'm filled with delight as I do so.|2.Checked in to a very efficient front office and spent the least amount of time which in many ways was a good trailer for the hospitality to follow.|3.The suite room that was offered as an upgrade to me was very well appointed. A pillow menu however would add more comfort as I found the pillows to be a tad soft.|4.The restaurant impressed with its buffet layout and the very lavish spread.I would like to make a special mention of the service led by an extremely involved Asst F&B Mngr Saurav. Additionally, Mohsin also contributed to an amazing culinary experience for myself and the entire team.|5.I have an observation on the sewage lines around the parking area which were lending a really awful smell to the otherwise nice facade.|Overall, a fantastic stay. As frequent travelers and elite Marriott members, we recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on the executive floor and it did not disappoint!! The hotel is well situated and conveniently located next to the popular Lulu Mall. From the excellent front desk staff to the golf cart service to and from the mall & the onsite dining, we had the best experience! The room was clean and spacious -the bed/mattress was too soft but still comfortable. The chef/sous chefs as well as all other staff were very attentive and friendly! The chef personally checked in on us a few times and so did other staff to ensure our food and drinks were to our liking. The food was quite tasty, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Cook to order stations as well as self serve areas were well staffed. We did not use the pool or spa services so cannot comment. Overall, a great experience!

We recently went on our very first holiday as a family since our son was born, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place than the Marriott in Kerala. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, especially with a little one. Every detail from the room setup to the friendly service made our experience special and stress-free. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was just what we needed to relax and enjoy quality time together. Thank you to the Marriott team for making our first family trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
