Had a comfortable stay there for a night..the room and toilet was well maintained and kept tidy.Had all the necessary amenities including a smart tv with youtube available. It's close to lulu mall as well. Overall a great experience.. Might reconsider visiting again. Recommended to people looking for a stay near lulu mall.

We had a nice experience with sulu residency. Rooms are very neat and clean atmosphere. But we are very disappointed with the A/C. Think its not working some times . Except this we enjoyed very well.. Thank you

Booked this hotel for a 2 day a stay with my family. First of all the hotel is at a prime location with lulu mall just at a walkable distance. The corridors, rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The hotel rooms were very quite and lacking nuisance of any kind. The hotel staffs especially the staffs at the reception, all of them were very well behaved and kind. They didn't hesitate to do anything we requested and were very helpful. The service was really really good. They even allowed us to stay overtime due to an emergency. The parking could be some more large. There are restaurants and cafes nearby for having food and drinks, which even operate till 1-2am. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone especially families.
