Le Méridien Kochi

Had a warm and welcoming experience at the hotel the staff service was excellent especially the room services. I went on a business trip and the team really enjoyed the few days we spent here. The rooms did not meet the 5 star quality could do with a bit of maintenance of the carpets.

Pros:||1. Excellent property. Well maintained garden, pool, boat jetty. |2. Helpful personnel with good attitude.|3. Plenty of options in the buffet and the food tastes good.|4. Rooms are in good condition. |5. Family friendly.|6. Excellent day to day room service.||Cons:||1. Room allocation at arrival could be done faster. |2. More trash bins can be placed in the garden. |3. More variations in the buffet from day to day would be nice.||Over all I would rate my experience as 5 star as it was pleasant for me and my family. ||Special thanks to Shrideep at the Latest Recipe restaurant for helping my senior citizen parents everyday with food. Keep up the good work!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Fasil. When I mentioned my mild back pain, he went above and beyond to help me by bringing my parcels and food deliveries directly to my room. What truly stood out was his warm, genuine smile and selfless attitude - he helped me without expecting anything in return.

Nice hotel on the Canal with very friendly staff. Great local food and amazing view.|They have an excellent restaurant called Chef Pillai, a renown local chef serving staples of Kerala food. I highly recommend it. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is generous and of great quality. But most of all, it’s the staff that gets a solid 5 stars! Courteous, friendly, helpful, they made our stay!

Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels with great location overlooking the mangrove forests and backwaters. Cochin is blessed with picturesque beauty and Le Meridien is crown of the queen of Arabian sea. The hotel has a convention centre with a perfect ambience for gatherings with friends and family. The food is excellent as well. Great for kids. Also they have wash basins for kids as well in the hand wash area which was uncommon ❤️

The rooms were neat and cozy. Check in was quick. Food was great. But I encountered one problem. The lights wouldn’t go off at night when you switch off. Had to sleep with the lights on through out the night. The technician couldn't solve in the morning. My friend's encountered the same problem that night. Was it worth? Don't know.
