Shalom Residency

Rooms are satisfactory, but the service is terrible. For service I will give 0/5 rating. They don't even provide drinking water in room. Some basic facilities are not provided in the room. The lady staff there is the worst receptionist I have ever seen. Not at all friendly. They act like a strict hostel warden.

Samuel is a very good host, he went beyond his comfort zone to provide best of services, despite being unwell himself he took take care of a sick child in our group by going along with the child's family to the hospital, stayed until full treatment was administered. Tony was also very helpful and was always ready to help. I personally don't know this resort but reading a lot of good reviews on Samuel decided to book and spent 3 days. Breakfast options are great, we enjoyed a lot. God bless him with every success to run his business.

Poor service and non cooperative staffs, better places are available near by, don’t waste your money. Do not trust the photos on websites, not at all well maintained. Felt more like a hostel and a warden looking after. Gates are closed at 12 AM, so don’t expect outing at night. Never coming back.

Please don't go here, there are many other rooms in Kochi.. The people here behave very badly. If you don't reach there before 12 o'clock at night, then they won't let you in. Even if it's a room you have rented.very bad behave also to women... familys and couples not prefferebale...

Very good guest house for family with kitchen facility with all required utensils, fridge, gas and a dining space. Sitting arrangemets is also there. Two AC bed rooms with big beds attached toilets is also available. All these in a reasonable rate. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Shalom residency is a service apartment, we didn't feel homely rather we felt hostel environment which is not worth of pay. Very disappointed with the rude behavior of Caretaker who is staying in ground floor. When we asked for some clarification on the bill afterfirst month, Caretaker lady told us that we don't underatand the bill and if we aren't happy with the bill we can vacate and look for other places. Unfortunately due to Covid and time constraints we continued to stay there only for next 2 months.but we paid 3 months money Also we used to pay 5k as an advance on every month and she said they cannot reimburse. They also ask for additional money for each and everything. Overall our experience staying in Shalom Residency is very bad , we don't recommend this place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay and we have many events and parties here. it has enough space to move around and Enjoy. it is very close to all hubs, restaurants and Mall and of cause all shopping centers. ||||there is a gym nearby too. money exchange. parks beaches.
