The Reach Hotel

Rooms are very good in this price range... Size is good, bathroom and amenities are also nice... Centralised AC and also TV is there... Overall good in this price range... I feel cooling of air condition is not good as expected, and if they use more better linen always happy... Otherwise everything is perfect....

The rooms are really excellent at this price range. They are spacious, comfortable, with centralised air conditioning, TV etc. They also do have provisions for hot & cold drinking water on every floor. The staff are welcoming & excellent, especially the night front office staff. Would definitely be coming back & I would highly recommend this place to all who are coming to ernakulam!

You will know the worth of The Reach Hotel if you would check other hotels for the same price. Try 5 - 10 different hotels for the same price and finally come to The Reach Hotel. You will be amazed. Rooms are clean, Affordable price, super friendly service. Its located near MG Road. Thank you for the wonderful experience. They have to learn and improve a lot. House keeping etiquettes very bad. Only the front desk/reception is good and polite. The setup is fairly new

This is a great place to stay at a fantastic location and affordable price. Staff and service was excellent. Simple and well appointed room, with facilities outside in the corridor for hot water and making tea/coffee. Cleanliness can be improved, especially with regards to bedsheets and towels. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Don't book this hotel considering the below points 1. No parking space- when I booked on call, they said they have spacious parkomg space but there was no space for parking. They have only 2 parking spaces. 2. Worst bathroom - the bathroom is too worst and it smells bad. This is not having any ventilation also. The commodes are broken without rim and literally you have to place it by hand before using it. 3. Lot of mosquitoes - they have bad centralized AC where you will not feel the AC then you will end up turning on the fan. Due to non functional AC you can find lot of mosquitoes. 4. This is too overrated where I paid 1800 per night including tax. My suggestion is not to go for this hotel instead you will find better hotels for this proce or for below this price.

For the given price, I felt I got double the benefits in terms of location, room space, cleanliness and air conditioning. They supported 2 hour early check in for three rooms within 10 min of previous guest check out.
