SPOT ON Mx Residency Hotel - Panampilly Nagar

I paid 1000 for a non AC room per night.To be fair the room did was clean and spacious and the bathroom was clean.But the sheets and the pillow covers were dirty. The service just sucked. Nobody seemed to care. When we left in the morning there weren't anybody around at the reception area.Also they just flat out told us that in the beginning there was no rooms available.

We booked 3 rooms in this residence arround 3:00pm on oyo. we reched that point for check in arround 11:00 pm Firstly the said you have booked only 2 then they are saying you have to RTPCR cirtificate They gived our rooms @ higher price very sad story

I had a really bad experience the room was really bad and had the worst of it.Did not even got a blanket at night,the photos on Oyo and the room are different and their is no restaurant working there right now.

They don’t allow people who book through OYO to stay here!!!! They expect you to pay the full amount on site.

Very bad experience from here not recommended for anyone. Not cleaned cloths like bedsheet pillow cover as re not washed. Very bad experience i sleep in my car when I was there.
