Ginger Kochi - MG Road

Ginger hotel is centrally located. The rooms are big (king size bed) and are good enough for a family. I was traveling on business trip for 5 days and found it very comfortable. Staffs are nice and very Simple and dedicated. Room service is fast and responsive. Bathrooms are neat and sufficiently large with wet and dry segregation. I would like to mention Anjalimala at their front desk, despite my late night (01.00 a.m) check-in was very prompt and didn't forget to carry her smile. Even the checkout was handled promptly. Will highly recommend this for a decent stay.

Stayed for two days here. The complementary breakfast is exceptional! The food is amazing. Rooms are clean. Room service takes time but the service is pretty good. The place is near Central Square Mall so the location is shopping spree friendly.

Gowri was wonderful at the reception. Amazing service. very helpful staff. I would surely visit once again most probably with the family. The food was also very good. Breakfast was awesome. Rates can still be revised but looking at the amenities provided i think it's justified

Ginger hotel is quite simple yet elegant and luxurious in decoration. I got into my room and went to the bathroom. When I washed my hands, the bathroom sink tap handle was broken. When I arrived at the hotel, it was quite hot, so I turned on the fan in my room. The fan was also broken and was wobbly while it spun. I went for lunch the same day these 2 things happened, I ordered Chicken Wings, and when I say the chicken was red, I mean the bone was blood red. On my 2nd wing, there was blood on the chicken meat. It was an experience. But I did love the staff and ambience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ginger with my family and had a wonderful experience, thanks to the excellent service from Sachu and the entire team. Sachu was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. He also gave great recommendations for local attractions, places to visit which made our trip even better. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. If you're looking for great service, I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again to making my stay so pleasant!!!

The rooms were large and comfortable. Very clean except for the pillows which need to be changed cause it was not fluffy. The f& B staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Food was good . The front desk people handled our. Registration fast and pleasantly. They were very attentive to our needs and some went out of the way to look after our needs. Suhana, Johnson, monika, Amal and Anjaly were very helpful The toilet need to have a face towel. Our toilet was clean only problem was the puddle of water which could not flow out.

We had an amazing week long stay at Ginger MG Road Kochi. From the moment of arrival till the last day of the stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore nearby attractions, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast options were a great way to start each day. The pool was an added bonus, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend Ginger Mg Road to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I will definitely be returning!".
