Worst experience from the manager. No sense of hospitality. Did not allow our brother who was visiting for just couple of minutes. Room was smelling of cigarettes and toilet was not clean

Proximate to all commutation modes. Good ambience. Yet, the attitude of the reception is too abusive and insulting to any guests, as I left the room just after 5 minutes of checking and paying the room rent, as the receptionist asked me to vacate the room in the midnight!! Don't recommend to anyone, if such staffs welcome guests do harshly. Worse experience..

We travelled from Chennai to Kochi in bus and reached Vyttila pretty early in the morning . The room which we booked was more than half an hour from that bus stop . Most of the shops were not open. We found this hotel nearby. We asked whether we can get a room to refresh he said no rooms available which is understandable but when I asked if I can use the washroom, he strictly said no for that too. It’s sad that such big hotels don’t even understand and meet the basic needs .

A comfortable and affordable hotel near vytilla, the only problem while staying here i were water heater doesn’t work at morning and i asked them why is that, it was like they were using solar energy for water heaters, i don’t understand their logic and reasoning in a 4 star rated hotel except in these happy with their service.
