The pillow cover was old and stained with dirt... rooms were clean... no towel provided, only 1 small soap...not recommended for family, do check before taking room.. but price is on good side... good car parking too...

It was a wonderful experience with Ace homes. Staffs are very polite and friendly. There are many nearby things like worship places, metro station ,petrol pumps. The location is very quiet and calm. The parking lots is satisfactory for cars and bikes. Fully secured with CCTV.

One of the best Couple friendly Oyo rooms available in kakanad, kochi. Rs1000 for an AC room is a good deal. Also early check-in from 10am is a gem. It is better to book directly over call to get the best rates. TV and drinking water is available. Few parking slots are available at basement Also there's a ground available nearby for parking

I have faced a very bad experience from OYO.My booking ID was AG886870 I have booked a room with this OYO. I came to town with my family. When I came to hotel the room was denied without any reason. They said "Sir you have to cancel the room and please contact OYO" and the worst part was they did not give any proper justification. I had to stand in the road with my family in the middle of the night. And when I requested for a room shift that was also denied. They also took a service charge. I have been charged 1200 for the room that I have been denied. Do not book this room. They might cancel your booking without any proper justification and get you into trouble.

My booking ID is LLYY6744 and i booked this OYO on 10th september. Even though i has paid the full amount, they didnt allow me to stay there. The reception staff said that they dont even have a single room vacant and only one room was available, but that was already jammed and can't open its and some work is going on. But at the same time they allotted a room to a couple. There were trying to make me a fool and I requested them to cancel the booking or do a modification or switch to any other oyo. but they didnt even bother about my concern. but finally oyo customer care person Mr. M D Riyaz was helpful in refunding the amount. Riyaz was very patient in hearing me out. But I dont recommend this hotel at all for family stay.

Had a very poor experience, first of all hotel staff behavior was very bad, he dont know how to speak to the customers at all. Secondly there was no power backup and tv in the room. And finally room was very congested. Better not to book this hotel.
