Nice place, good service, very friendly staff. It would have been an excellent experience if they could focus a little bit more on cleanliness. As a solo female traveller, they made me feel very safe and helped me with all that I needed. Overall, it was a good stay.

The rooms were awful but the service was outstanding and the location was middle of nowhere away from hustle and bustle of city really calm and peaceful.Booked it for family would not recommend booking it for family.The only good thing was staff as they were extremely warm and helpful.They were happy to shift us to a different room even though we shifted 3 times due to poor quality and lack of cleanliness in the rooms.The only good thing is the staff

This is the latest picture of the property. The treebo hotel is completely demolished and rooms are provided in lodge adjacent to it. The google listings you see for for booking is for the oyo. It's a complete scam by Oyo using the pictures of the old property. Added three star for the sake of not getting banned , would've given 0 star.

Used to visit here before. At that time here were the most comfortable place for us . But this time got the worst experience. The lady receptionist is very rude,she says all of a sudden there rules and regulations changed. They won't serve us water if we are there on the second day. She says that the complimentary water only be served on the first day. But we have to pay the same amount to check in again. We used to get rooms for 24 hours. And we visited there two days before and they had given the same 24 hours room. Yesterday we went there at 2 am. And at 2 pm the receptionist came and asked us to checkout from the room. We replied that we have came in the morning, 24 hours havn't been completed. And she said if we are checking in at night 24 hours is not applicable we have to check out on 1 pm. And asked us for extra payment for the extra 1 hour. But in earlier times we got rooms for 24 hours even if we are checking in after 12am. What kind of rule is this? They are taking the same money from us no matter what that the room is for 24 hours or the check out is at 1 pm. Even if such a rule exist they have the responsibility to inform us before paying for the room. It doesn't matter whether there is such a rule or not the receptionist should inform us. Didn't expected such an approach from heaven gardens team.

Great value for money! New building, new cosy rooms. Stayed there for 2 nights and happy with my choise. Reception staff is very helpful, everything I needed they attend me in proficient and promt way. Great job! and even they will download for you app for order food online which is very convenient there. ||Only few points can be improved: no hairdryer in the room||Breakfast are poor and very spicy for non indian

Good and specious rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained with maximum cleanliness. But they don't have a proper parking lot. And if you go to the balcony you can enjoy the smell from garbage which flows near by. But overall experience is good.

Rooms are huge ..spacious... A/C available Wifi available Good staff Neat toilets Food available. Very affordable rates when booked through oyo. Only Negative - little inside. Parking - they will arrange a spot.. safe one Fine experience

Location was right inside from the main road (1-2 kms felt like a lifetime with the property being right inside after crossing bylanes). The staff of the hotel was not helpful - apart from the basic amenities not being there in the room we asked for one of our rooms to be changed since the plywood under the bed was screeching the moment one sits on the bed. The staff never got back to us and very conveniently ignored our request. Also we had made a special request in advance while booking the rooms that if we can be given atleast 1/3 rooms on ground floor since we had 2 senior citizens in our group and the property did not have a lift. This request was also conveniently ignored and the reception informed us that they did not receive any such request from the customer care of booking.com. The rooms were extremely compact and small.||||Overall our one night stay was very average at this property. Will not recommend anyone to stay here who is traveling with family as the basic amenities is an issue, they do not have a dedicated restaurant nor do they serve tea/coffee. Would also like to add here that since we had breakfast complimentary in our booking and the fact that we were leaving for our next destination at 7 am the next morning, the staff refused to provide us with some packed breakfast as they kept insisting that breakfast starts at 8 am and they cannot accommodate our request!!
