Unicorn Home Stay

Excellent location but worst property. Booked this for a friend's get together but was really disappointed. One of the washroom doesn't even have a lock. AC remote was missing, door to the terrace was broken and the entire floor was dusty and sticky. Location 10/10. Property 2/10. Not worth the money we spend.

An awesome place surrounded by back waters near to Kuzhippully beach road. This is a small property but offers great scenic beauty of nature. Looks like the place may get filled by water in rainy reason. Good for short stays to enjoy the natural beauty.

Very spacious home situated in the middle of river. Thee place is fulltly surounded with back waters.Very beautifull view much . U can do anything there. No one can ask and speak to u. Always have breeez winds there. There is a spacious hall, two bath room attached rooms, one kitchen, spacious terrace,well maintained rooms.good hospitality, kitchen have stove, gas, plates,glasses,. Family friendly atmosphere. Good security measures. Having cctv surveillance,

Such an amazing location. U'll wake up to an amazing view. The stay provides good facilities but lacks basic cleaning equpiments etc. But overall you will have an amazing day with your friends and loved ones.

Awsome Lake view.The House is surrounded with lake from all the sides.Very beautifull view in the morning.A rainy day will be something you will never forget.Perfect spot to spend some time away from all the stress in the life.Rooms are air conditioned.2 rooms available.Very peacefull Spot.No disturbance by anything.Perfect Instagram Spot.just 2 or 3 Km away from this place,there is a beautifull Beach.Which you should visit for sure.Amazing time i spend there.
