Hotel Arches

Hotel Arches was a beautiful boutique hotel that we stayed in. Location is just perfect with everything at walkable distance. The staff is very courteous. Check in and check out was super smooth. The rooms are beautiful. It has this old heritage charm that makes it a perfect stay for families.

We stayed at Hotel Arches for one night with family and had a great experience. The heritage hotel is close to nice shops and perfect for a relaxing stroll along the marina. Friendly staff and a comfortable stay made it enjoyable.

Simply the best.. One of the top hotels in Fort kochi with wonderful customer service, lovely rooms, central location and great food.. Cannot fault it in any way.. Highly recommended

Bad things first: The restaurant is closed in the morning hence no option getting morning tea. You have to inform about breakfast a day before else they will not open the place for you. Good part: great rooms, awesome location right next to the fort Kochi beach and the princess street.

Excellent Hotel in Kochi! Beautiful building, very friendly and helpful staff & delicious restaurant downstairs. The rooms are beautifully furnished, though cleanliness could be improved. Complimentary breakfast is served in the downstairs restaurant - there are continental and south Indian options. Would stay here again!

Hotel Arches is situated in a central location, and its staff exhibits a commendable level of attentiveness, ensuring the fulfillment of all our needs. As a family, we journeyed together, and we were pleased to observe that the team's dedication extended to the care of our 1-year-old infant. Although the hotel does not offer specific accommodations for drivers, our driver was graciously provided with washroom facilities under specified conditions. This practice is entirely understandable given the constraints of space inherent to a small establishment such as this. The property is meticulously maintained, and its enduring charm leaves a lasting impression. Consequently, we enthusiastically endorse Hotel Arches for discerning travelers visiting Fort Kochi.

Had a lovely two week stay here. Very lovely staff. Room was clean and Neeaj was the best host. Appreciate everything and highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel could use some upgrade. There is no Elevator (Lift) so request a room in the first floor so you have to climb only one floor. The TV did not work and the shower controls were difficult to manage. The Rasoi restaurant food was very good. It was Okay for a one night stay. They arranged a Taxi to take us to the airport in the morning. They also gave a packaged breakfast since we left before the breakfast buffet opened.
