Flagship Anchor House

Rooms were really dusty.... bad smell in lift. When you flush in closet; water going out side and proper flushing is not happening. Intercom also not working. AC needs maintenance. Takes long time to cool room . Stayed in room number 110. Looking for better experience on my next visit.

Please must see this 1. Location is not correct by OYO. 2. When you go, they will say no Oyo booking and will aske for extra monet (1500Rs) 3. Lift does not work and they will take u to 3rd floor. 4. Rooms are smelly 5. Small bed with powercut. Avoid this scam. OYO's hotels are hell in these areas. Go for GoStops, zostels, etc.

# Pointing the knife They robbed us. This hotel is known as scammer hotel. They robbed my family. We had book online from oyo and when we reached there they told hotel owner is changed and ask for extra money. After that they come in room and they robbed us. Local was involved. Dont trust on any hotel in kochi . If you see lowest rate of hotel those hotels are known as robbers hotel.

1. They have given wrong location in map. 2. They charge extra money as gst over oyo shown price.(Totally unethical). 3. Room and bed quality is very poor and dirty. 4. They have poor electricity service with power cut issue... Charging prot didn't work in my room.

Service is not very appreciable. Rooms are good with hot water. Can do better.

It's a good experience there, whether it's the surroundings or the staff, and the reputation is good

Pathetic place …. Not tourist friendly they charge more than what is asked for don’t book this place
