RAAS Residency

I visited RAAS Residency Hotel and had an excellent experience. The ambiance was incredible, with an amazing location that offers a beautiful sea view. The food was reasonably priced, with great taste, especially for the ₹499/- dining option. I tried several items from their menu, and everything was delightful. The service was also top-notch. Highly recommended!

Recently I had my company's onam event at RAAS residency. I must say that the event could not be better than this. I would like to extend my personal appreciation to the staff who made this as memorable as it was. From the time of booking the event , They gave me all the timely advises as required. The decoration was top notch and there is nothing which they will say no to you. The Lunch served was of very high quality and all the guest appreciated the quality of food. The wash rooms were as clean as it could be and was well maintained. Despite of the number of people attending the function there was not rush for having lunch everything went very smoothly. I must say that at the end of the day, when I hear the comments from the guest i feel glad that I selected RAAS residency for my onam event. A big thanks to the staff for making this special occasion a success and a day to remember in my life.

Came with lot of expectations but totally disappointed. Started smelled stinky and spoiled .. when informed manager had no response or expression. Waited more than one hr for serving main course and finally served the wrong order after this long wait .. when enquired the waiters and waitress was acting very odd and provided very bad service. Finally had to cancel the balance order and just had whatever they gave ... Poor poor service and food also below average. Will never suggest this restaurant to anyone ..Even after asking water .. water wasnt served.. finally we had to walk to the counter after 20 mins to get some water .. Authority please rectify this ..

Visited for a family function. Easy access from Thoppumpady bus stop. Parking facilities available for small groups of people. Good view towards lakeside. Food service was great. Rooms are well maintained. Toilet facilities are neat and clean, well stocked with hot water also in wash basin.

It was a worst experience to be here. During checkin we were informed a buffet service for breakfast and in the morning they said no buffet service available and brought us with the regular breakfast. During checkout the behaviour of the receptionist by name Tejas was very rude and didn't even bother to provide our luggage to the car. Overall worst site I dont recommend this at all. Room was good though.

The service and attitude of the staff was awful and they were bragging about having an included breakfast which was absolutely PATHETIC and the worst food i have ever tasted. The food was cold and took a lot of time to get. Later when we told the people at the reception about this they said they will look into it and as we were leaving we saw them smiling and giggling as if they dont care about their guests. Please do not stay here if you want to enjoy your stay in Cochin.

We stayed there for two night. Rooms are very neat and clean. Overall excellent experience . Others may go for it without a second thought.

It was a family birthday party. We had a bad experience with RAAS restaurant. During our dinning we found 2 non-veg pieces in chilli potato dish, inspite repeated reminders that we will have only vegetarian food. I am very disappointed with their service. Additionally the starter was coming after main course and even the main course was 01 hour late.
