Casino Hotel, CGH Earth

We stayed at Casino CGH Earth from November 10th to 15th. While the hotel is dated, the accommodation was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the food left much to be desired. Both the Indian and continental offerings at the breakfast buffet were quite mediocre and did not meet our expectations. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements in the dining experience would significantly elevate it.

It is a heritage kind of property located in a peaceful environment. Staff behaviour was good. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options available. The food was expensive or overpriced. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Recommended if you are travelling with family.

I recently stayed at the casino hotel with family, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. It was a great way to start the day! However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The cabin rooms felt a bit cramped, and I believe they could benefit from being more spacious, especially considering the hotel's standards. Additionally, I would have appreciated a balcony in the executive room, which would have enhanced the overall experience. While the hotel offers a comfortable stay, the rooms lack the luxurious feel expected in a five-star property. A few upgrades and refinements to the rooms would definitely make it a more fitting luxury experience. Overall, a good stay with great food, but room improvements are needed.

Stayed there for a day with family. Location is in middle of Port, not far from fort kochi tourist places. Rooms are recently renovated. Big, clean rooms with good ventilation. Enough space for an extra bed. Breakfast spread is great, many options to choose from. Restaurant menu is slightly limited and very expensive. Overall a great place to stay.

I recently booked two rooms at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While one room was perfectly fine, the other had several issues. The room had a foul smell and the AC was not working properly. Despite the housekeeping staff's efforts to fix it three times, the problem persisted, causing the floor to get wet from the malfunctioning AC, and it had to be mopped twice. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and the restaurant service was outstanding. Overall, the dining experience was great, but the issues with one of the rooms made the stay less comfortable. I hope the hotel improves room maintenance in the future.

Lovely clean hotel, good size rooms with tea and coffee facilities. Well kept gardens and really nice pool area. Good selection of food at the restaurant. Hotel is on an island so a little out of town which wouldn't suit everyone, idea for us, would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful heritage hotel we had a wonderful family stay here. The food is excellent and the staff are very courteous and helpful. My favourite part were the animal figures made with towels by Sharif. It made us excited wondering what we would find in our room. My husband loved the gym and pool.

Rooms were spacious. Nice swimming pool. All the staffs are friendly. Excellent food. I had a memorable stay.. Great location for people who wants peace. Away from city life... Will recommend with friends. Looking forward to come again..
