Very bad behaviour of staff.. Very bad behavior.. One person will give us a room and another person will come and claim that we need double the amount, not that amount

Nice hotel to stay with family and friends. It's safe for couple also as it is situated in the centre of the kollam. It's near to bus stand and railway station. Availability of restaurants both veg and non veg.

Very bad behaviour....not responding to phone...once i book the room....when I went to lodge...they simply said ...no response and wrost response...
