HOTEL GOLDEN STAR

Worst hotel experience, kindly find several other good choices available in the area. They claim to be a 4 star hotel, nevertheless their service was not even up to the mark of 1 star. Especially the attitude of the stakeholders surprised me, they literally don't care even if you avail their service or not (well treated or not) which made me wonder why they really invested such a huge amount of money to build such a hotel. I would recommend all my fellow travellers to avoid this hotel as you can definitely find several other wonderful options in the area inorder for a healthy, happy and peaceful stay. Please don't select this place as they don't value your hard earned money and treat you bad. Kindly avoid wasting your time, energy and finance associating with such a place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Golden Star in Kollam, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The rooms were spotless, and it was clear that the hotel prioritizes hygiene and comfort. The staff was incredibly supportive and attentive throughout my stay. Special mention to Sijo, who went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. He was always ready to assist with any requests, from helping with transportation to offering local insights. His friendly and professional demeanor really made a difference. For business travelers, the hotel offers excellent conference and meeting facilities, equipped with everything you need for a productive session. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the meeting rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Car parking is ample and easily accessible, a major plus in a busy location like Kollam. For those with mobility concerns, the hotel is wheelchair accessible, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all guests. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful spread, with a variety of both local and international options, all freshly prepared. The breakfast area was bright and inviting, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, Hotel Golden Star offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Whether you're in Kollam for business or leisure, it’s a great choice for a stay that is both restorative and rewarding. A special thanks to Sijo and the entire team for making my stay memorable.
