Hotel Sea Palace

Kollam Hotel Sea Palace is a good stay option on Beach Road, Kollam, especially for those who prefer a calm location close to the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a pleasant experience overall. The staff were polite and supportive, and the service was reasonably quick. The food quality was also good for the price. The atmosphere around the hotel is peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. A few areas can be improved for an even better experience, but overall it’s definitely a value-for-money choice in Kollam. A comfortable and satisfying stay!

I visited this place today with my family around 12:50 am, for lunch at the "Restobar" and maybe because it was a weekend, there was nobody. The ambiance was good, the staff was really professional, courteous and smart. The service was good, the food was great and I'm a pork lover and the Pork skewers with the auce was absolutely spot on. I'm a former graduate of Hotel Management and the Customer service, the food, the ambiance, even the welcome "hello with a smile" right from the Gate --> Front Desk --> Restobar was absolutely PERFECT!!! My father is a very reserved person who rarely goes to such high places and I love to try different foods at different places, this was closer to my home and had to drag him out and even he was happy with the place. |I am really happy with the serive provided and would one day, visit again with more family.| |Thank you Hotel Sea Palace for such a Great Service. Keep up the great Service.

Very poor service from the hotel staff. We booked the hotel for a single day stay. Water supply was completely stopped in the morning and the toilet flush was not working. The telephone available in the room was not working and somehow had to call from another room. Post which the technician came and even then condition was same. Water came almost after 2 hrs and then no hot water availability. When said about this to the reception staff they were just smiling and didn’t bother to even tell a sorry. Worst experience and never gonna stay in this hotel again. Not suggested for anyone.

Nice rooftop ambience and good food. However, the fan setup needs improvement, stand fans provided little comfort and would blow away light items from the table. Lighting near side tables was also poor, making it hard to see. A few tweaks here would really elevate the experience.
