Beach Orchid

This Hotel is only for the location that's on the Beach side with Beach view. Other than that the Rooms are good. Coming to other facilities to be provided in a 5 star Category Hotel this Hotel lacks a lot. First is the Fitness Centre, they haven't maintained it and it's not even cleaned properly. Next is the Room service which they refused to send a Person to carry the Luggage during Checkout when all Rooms were completely booked. 5 Star Category doesn't come only with the Location of the Property and the Rooms it also should serve other facilities that are required.

We visited Quilon Beach Orchid Hotel on May 20th, 2025, to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary with a candlelight dinner. The experience was truly wonderful. The dishes were delicious, the service was impeccable, and the staff was very attentive. The ambience created the perfect setting for our special celebration. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable! We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful and enjoyable dining experience.

The staffs are excellent and friendly. But the rooms are not maintained properly and not worth. The present management is unable to manage such hotel. Security staffs especially Mr. Antony's service is outstanding.

Had a wonderful experience at The Imperial Banquet. The food was top-notch, and the staff were extremely polite and professional. Special thanks to Biswajit and Subrata for their outstanding support in making the function truly grand. Highly impressed with the overall management. 👌

So we had a buffet dinner at the Hotel restaurant and we were offered many dishes both from veg and non veg . You have a plenty of options to choose according to your preference. The quality of these items were high but not up to the mark . Of course the sea food items were the best because of the proxy to the coastal area. They will charge around 700-800 per person .

We recently celebrated our son's first birthday in desinganadu hall at beach orchid kollam and had a good experience. The decorations were good, the buffet was exceptional and the birthday cake was lovely. Overall it was exactly as how we imagined our son's first birthday would be. A big shout out to Nidheesh ( sales manager) for going the extra mile to help us organize the event perfectly, making it a memorable birthday!

One of the best hotel to stay in Kollam. Right next to kollam beach. I enjoyed the food soo much and the service was exceptional. Looking fwd to more visits.

We stayed here for two days. Very nice location, excellent beach/sea view from the hotel and ideal place for morning/evening walk/pleasure activities. We had breakfast and dinner for two days and enjoyed the food. So many breakfasts choices. Staffs were very courteous. We will visit again.
