**Disappointing Experience** My recent stay at iris was not up to expectations. Firstly, there was no mention or suggestion of a washroom upon check-in or during the stay, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the bed provided was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Overall, the lack of attention to detail in these basic amenities made my stay less enjoyable than expected. I hope the management will take these issues into consideration for future

It's nice. If you consider the affordability, especially of the air-conditioned rooms, I have to say it's excellent value for the money you pay.

Don’t chose to stay here. All rooms is dirty , water issues if they give room for 200 per day then you can risk to stay

Nice stay. Spacious, comfortable, well furnished, clean rooms. Air conditioned rooms are very good. Affordable rates but provides almost as good an experience as at high end hotels. Parking is average though. And no restaurant. 24 hours check out is the best.

An excellent budget property with spacious air conditioned and non air conditioned rooms. Clean rooms and bathrooms with good furnishing, amenities, complimentary toiletries etc. A nice option for those on a stop over to Munnar. They have triple occupancy rooms too and its one of the few hotels that provides the option of a 24 hour check-out.

I booked rooms for my wedding guests after contacting them through phone. Their response was very good. My guests had a very calm and excellent stay and they would like to stay there in future too. Hotel's Location is good for residing. Mr. Jiju (owner) and his employee Mr. Manu offered continuous assistance to make sure the guests has a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Iris for anyone looking for stay around Kothamanglam.

Good, neat rooms and bathroom. Excellent air conditioning. Beds are huge. Nice, comfortable stay. Don't bother about the modest exteriors, the rooms are really well done. I have stayed at almost all the places in Kothamangalam including the priciest ones. This is the best bang for your buck stay option without doubt.

08/05/2019 booked in for 1night only. Arrived at 8:30pm we were shown 5 rooms they were clean but the bathroom stunk to high heaven, no ventilation. The place was quiet and we were told it was out of season. Shower did not work. Tiny black flies/insects on the bed crawling. Got badly bitten by mosquitoes while in the reception area. It was a bad experience when booking on line because of all the reviews it had. My other half is not one to complain, it was late to go and look for another hotel, we were tired and there had to put up with it. Finally I had a sleepless night.
