4 Stars - A Pleasant Stay with Room at Rubis Hotel, Kottakkal I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rubis Hotel in Kottakkal, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, providing easy access to key attractions and conveniences in the area. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The staff at Rubis Hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel could benefit from a bit of maintenance, particularly in terms of painting. Addressing these minor issues would further enhance the overall experience. Overall, Rubis Hotel is a great choice in Kottakkal, and with a few improvements, it could easily be exceptional. I would still highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Rooms are maintained Very well. Good Customer service. Located nearby Kottakkal Arya Vydya sala. Just 1km. I got a Decent Complementary Breakfast. Phone, TV, 1 Bottle water with Clean Glasses, Hot water in Toilet, Soap, Shampoo and Dental Kit all are available.

Stay was ok, not so excellent, there was no complimentary breakfast although 1650/- was the price for room ,only 1 bottle of water was provided rest was chargeble but behaviour of staff was decent. In google hotel was shown as 3 star may be an error.

I got the opportunity to stay at Rubis, Kottakal. As I was entering, I felt the property is little old but everything is maintained so well (including tap,shower, towel etc) and I had a very good stay. And it is very economical as well.

Booked the hotel for 3 days with complementary breakfast package. They charged me nearly Rs.200 additional for this particular package. But to my surprise when we visited the dining room for breakfast we found only very few items which was prepared long time ago and kept in the pan for serving. All the items were not hot and it was prepared just to show we have some breakfast. When enquired with the manager he kept quiet and didn't answer. This is a big cheating activity we trusted the hotel and booked for breakfast but at the end we are made to eat in another hotel. Very pathetic service, for food and beverages department I could give -10 rating.

I had a wonderful stay at the Rubis .the room was immaculate and tastefully decorated,the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating,always ready with helpful recommendations and ensuring all our needs were met.

the worst place ever we have been . Customer service is the worst and the way they talk if the customers are from malappuram are the most disagreeable . And it claims to be a resort and it doesnt have any resort things to offer the customers . Highly dont recommend this place.
