Cocoland Heritage Beach Resort

The place is great and so is the host. It is surrounded by green trees in front and pond and trees in backside however the main thing to notice is there is still no bad smell. The property is at perfect location just 100-200 meters walk to beach.

One of the calmest and peaceful atmosphere. As the location is nearby the beach we can easily access the beach. The room was very spacious, private and clean with attached bathrooms. The rooms come with a balcony. The manager and other staffs were really welcoming and helpful. You can trustfully go for the stay!!

Hotel rooms are clean. I traveled in off season, so there is no restuarant opened. Have to go beach side for food.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. The owner Mr Riju is very helpful and cooperative, always ready at your service. He contacted us even before we reached the hotel and guided us about how to reach the hotel from the Railway station. Even at the last leg of the journey, where you have to get off auto/car and take a narrow lane to reach the hotel, he was already waiting there to help us with the luggage and make the experience smoother. Coming to the hotel itself, the rooms were spacious, neat and tidy, the bed comfortable, the washroom clean and had all basic amenities you expect a standard hotel to have. An attached balcony with seating arrangements, make it a pleasurable experience. The only con is that, it lacks in house pantry and F&B services. However, with so many restaurants nearby, offering variety of cuisines, it hardly remains a problem.

Very nice environment and hotel in budget. Very near to see. Restaurant lonely place behind this is pure veg and tasty. Manager Riju is very helpful and good person make u feel special. Only drawbacks is mosquitoes in the room but they provide mosquito repellent. Overall nice hotel in budget

What a wonderful stay in this resort. Such a very budget friendly stay . This is what I expected the resort surrounded with lush green forest and 2 minute walking distance from kovalam beach. Rooms are spacious but the view from balcony are superb when it rains.. Overall a pleasant and wonderful stay… Credit to the Manager Mr. Richu for the hospitality. Will visit again
