The Waters Edge Beach Resort

recently faced a pathetic and extremely disappointing situation with a property I had made a prepaid booking through FAB, and i contacted property, the staff—specifically a person named Sanal—informed me that they do not accept any OTA prepaid bookings. His response was very unprofessional. He said, “You haven’t booked directly with us. Contact FAB, we will not accept this booking.” This kind of irresponsible handling and rude behaviour was truly unacceptable. If the property is not willing to accept bookings from FAB, then they should be delisted from the OTA platform. Keeping it active and then refusing guests upon arrival is highly unprofessional and creates major inconvenience. I also tried contacting FAB support, but was unable to reach them. As a result, my money was stuck, and we were left completely clueless and stranded at the location.

This is one of the best hotel you can get. Small hotel compared to the resorts adjacent but the rooms are very very big and balconies provide direct access to sea view for which I rate it high than other resorts nearby. Breakfast: they have a cafe nearby and food is good Parking : available on beach side View : awesome Rooms : very big and spacious Service : staff helpful and Polite

Had a worst experience of our life at this Hotel. We have bookings done for 10jan & 11jan2025 in December by agent Kumari Tours and Travels. They made us sit on the roadside for hours (I have a group of senior citizens + children ), they cancelled our bookings without any intimation and they gave a lame reason that we have given rooms to FOREIGNERS. You will not find the manager at hotel as they are the goons of the hotel. Be aware of this hotel who can cancel your bookings for more money given by the foreigners. Enjoy here but keep updating yourself about your hotel bookings.

You don't get whatever you see in the pictures at all. No phone, no basic amenities. The manager's behaviour was completely unprofessional and with zero experience in the field he was working in. When informed about the downside of his approach towards us, his response was to consider this as an experience.The rooms were not at all clean with cockroach and dirt on the floor. Should never consider this place if travelling with friends or family. The whole mood of vacation was spoiled. Will never go back there and would not recommend this place at all.

I had an amazing stay at the Water's Edge Hotel, right next to the beach, with amazing spice aromas from all the South Indian seafood restaurants within walking distance. I can't wait to return to God's own Country!

Very bad experience. Here Hotel manager was not cooperative and they initially committed for the premium room and taken the charges of premium room and given the basic room with no basic amenities like hot water, tea packets, glass, no telephone inside rooms to ask any services from room. Please check the inside photos.

Very bad experience in Fab Hotels-Water edge beach resort ! When I checked in the hotel I was not given a glass of water and neither there was a bottle of water kept in the room. The manager of the hotel is least bothered about who his clients are and who are staying in the hotel, he is only interested in the money. The restaurant is also not clean, food is served very late, the food is not fresh. The so called smart television does not work properly because the internet connectivity is poor. There was no liquid soap available in the washroom and i had to inform them. There are no intercom facilities and we got to ask them the reception number. The staff is not courteous to Indian customers. Overall it was the worst experience of my life. Never ever dare to check in this hotel.

Even though it is a very beautiful hotel next to the sea, the cleaning of the room was very sad. There were a lot of sea sands when we went there. Similarly, their breakfast was not good.
