Cocoland Heritage Beach Resort

One of the calmest and peaceful atmosphere. As the location is nearby the beach we can easily access the beach. The room was very spacious, private and clean with attached bathrooms. The rooms come with a balcony. The manager and other staffs were really welcoming and helpful. You can trustfully go for the stay!!

Hotel rooms are clean. I traveled in off season, so there is no restuarant opened. Have to go beach side for food.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. The owner Mr Riju is very helpful and cooperative, always ready at your service. He contacted us even before we reached the hotel and guided us about how to reach the hotel from the Railway station. Even at the last leg of the journey, where you have to get off auto/car and take a narrow lane to reach the hotel, he was already waiting there to help us with the luggage and make the experience smoother. Coming to the hotel itself, the rooms were spacious, neat and tidy, the bed comfortable, the washroom clean and had all basic amenities you expect a standard hotel to have. An attached balcony with seating arrangements, make it a pleasurable experience. The only con is that, it lacks in house pantry and F&B services. However, with so many restaurants nearby, offering variety of cuisines, it hardly remains a problem.

The hotel rooms were good and the service for any assistance by room manager Vishnu and the hotel staff. Also the beach is very close to the hotal about 50m, there is a good veg restaurant near to it.

This a nice budget hotel located very close to Hawah Beach. Location is great as its barely 2 mins walk from the Sea. Hotel's location is incorrect on Google Maps so better get the directions from the host itself. Rooms were okayish, an extra star for the balcony it has otherwise TV was not working which was a bummer for afternoon timepass as the climate is mostly hot and humid throughout the year unless its monsoon.

My trip to Kovalam was amazing. Staff who works there were nice and could speak Hindi, English, and the local language. My room was big, clean, and had a big balcony, even the bathroom was quite big. It was even better than I thought it would be, so It exceeded my expectations. The beaches, Kovalam and Hawa, were close by. The manager, Mr. Riju, was very helpful. He even arranged a taxi to Varkala for me. He even got milk for my little child on a very short notice. I couldn't have had a better time.
