One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. Food is also excellent especially seafood dishes. Service is also up to the mark

Had a very pleasant stay at this beach frontage property Room was spacious , neat and clean. All essentials were stocked.The staffs at the hotel were welcoming and eager to assist with a smile.Restaurant had a very nice spread of dishes. Looking forward to come back again !

Great experience. It is a beach-front property. Well maintained rooms and toilets. Staffs are really friendly and really want to appreciate their hospitality. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Itsy By Treebo - The Waters Edge Beach Resort, Kovalam. We were lucky to get the sea view balcony attached with our room. The sea view was awesome. All staff were polite and cooperative. Size of the room was decent and good. Room had all the required amenities. Closets were huge with so much space and lots of cloth hangers. The only thing was I had to ask for additional floor mats as there was only one floormat at bathroom door. We needed one floormat for bed. Rest everything was good. The beach was just outside the hotel. We were able to just come out of the hotel and spend time at the beach.||||Although, hotel’s restaurant was closed but there was another beach restaurant open just by the side of the hotel where we had lunch. ||||The best part was that we asked for a late check-out, which they provided at not extra cost. 😊

Really enjoyed our stay at waters edge! Couldn’t fault it cheap & cheerful.. lovely big terrace outside our room overlooking our own bit of beach & terrace was perfect for sunbathing! If you’re looking for a chilled out few days would highly recommend coming here! Nextflix on the tv was a bonus which we hadn’t had yet in india( need your own account).. Manager Sanal was very helpful in every way he could be and speaks very good English , he made the trip very enjoyable||🇬🇧

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is very good and edging to the beach as name suggest. However service could have been slightly better but overall it was good experience.
