We found this only reasonably good restaurant in Neyyar dam. Rooms were sold out so could not stay. So book well in advance. Food was good with soft parotas and chapathi, fried rice and curries.

Had lunch at their restaurant. Poor service and food quality. They can't even handle a small group of 10 people. Waiters who take orders are not aware of details of items and can misguide. Had a not so good experience.

Planned as a one night stay over weekend with me, my wife and 2.5 yr old son. The rooms are just ok, but are due for maintenance. Wardrobes were not in a usable state. Restaurant service is just OK. The menu is not kids friendly, sonif you are planning a visit here, pls call and intimate your preferences a day in advance. First time seeing a place in Kerala where idly, dosa or appam is not served in breakfast. The kitchen team was kind enough to arrange for idlys once we made the demand that its needed for our son. Service needs to improve.

We had lunch from the restaurant during our visit to neyyar dam. The place was crowded and it took around half an hour for the staff to attend to our order. Staff was polite, but the hotel is severely understaffed. Beautiful view from the outdoor seats. Food was good.

Nominal pricing, located in the vicinity of Neyyar dam. Very limited menu options, service could be better. Only non-ac rooms are available. Considering the price and the location, room is okayish. The open air restaurant is adjacent to the room toilets that even the flush noise could be heard at the dining space.🤦‍♀️ Consequently, the dam-view dining experience is ruined, authorities should seriously rethink a solution for this.

Pathetic service, arrogant and rude. Especially one of the waiter(couldn't get his name) was rude and indifferent. They keep pestering you to order food well in advance and in-spite of the advance order the breakfast was extremely limited (read insufficient). Rooms had cockroaches and excreta of cockroaches, bedsheets were dirty. The only good thing was the front desk team. Wouldn't recommend.

A pleasent stay in comparison to the available options currently in Neyyar Dam locality . The view from the rooms had a calm and serene touch to it ,and if you are lucky enough ..might get a chance for a water facing view amidst the green canopy of trees . Rating the rooms was easy as they were well maintained and large enough with good attached bathrooms . Food in the restaurant is not the greatest with only limited options that is almost repetitive all through morning till night . The path to the stay was dilapidated and in much need of a proper revamping . Beer parlour service is available in this same property and since this is in the common path it creates quite a hassle for the travellers coming in family wise .
