Hotel Port Palace

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was tasty but limited options although it is complimentary(no buffet available). Good location. We booked to through make my trip agency.

“The hotel was good overall. The room was clean and housekeeping was well maintained. However, we faced a few issues. We had booked a balcony room but were given one without a balcony. The bathroom had cockroaches, there were mosquitoes, and the water for bathing was not clean – it smelled earthy and seemed muddy. The food was also very disappointing; the butter chicken was basically chicken 65 dipped in gravy and it wasn’t fresh. From the window, the view was of waste dump, which was unpleasant.”

I went there to eat in restaurant, bit expensive so locals avoid the place, but it was nice since we were the only customers.

The bartenders as well as their manager are completely ignorant of hospitality. Behaves as goons when there is a difference in opinion. Ordering something and bringing what they like. Customers are forced to eat or drink what they brings.. pathetic service don’t know names …happened at people on duty at 31/03/25 10.30 PM These people are capable of closing down the business.. on interest of stake holder.. pls take care

One of the best in outer city. The food, atmosphere and service is great. The ambiance and hospitality were fantastic, enjoyed a delicious & sumptuous Lunch that was very reasonably priced. There were numerous non-veg options, It was definitely worth it! The F&b Manager And the staff were well-mannered, dedicated, and provided excellent service. Worth the visit! A must try! Highly recommended👍

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 days. For me, this place has it all: quiet luxury, comfortable rooms with all the amenities we need, delicious, fabulous restaurant/bar, and quite likely the best service anywhere. Especially front office executive Mr Deepu welcomed us and explained the facilities of the hotel and the whole team provided the best customer service. Central location to restaurants, good ambience and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.
