Hotel Park Residency @ Calicut

Hey. I stayed at this property for two nights on Jan 24th & 25th. The property is an excellent choice. The room was very spacious with very good AC. The room service was really good too. The staff were responsible and available round the clock. We had a get together of our Law College batch. The buffet lunch was very tasty with excellent dishes with excellent service by the staff. A property where families can stay peacefully and conveniently with all amenities. Not to forget Mr.Abdurahiman who looks so young n energetic was available on call always! Highly recommended.

Bar Service is available Both AC and NON AC. Personally I recommend AC section The Ambience and Services are So good. For Room Service also I'm highly recommended. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering great comfort. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. The restaurant served delicious food, with a good variety to choose from. Conveniently located, the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

We booked the hotel while transiting on NH66 towards North Kerala. The hotel is situated near airport. It’s well connected to highway, so didn’t find problem in locating it. It was ok for staying for a night with family. Didn’t explore much facilities. Morning breakfast was good. Overall an OK experience.

When we reported that our room wasn’t cleaned properly (dust on surfaces, dirty bathroom), the staff showed no urgency to address the issue. Even after escalating the matter, the housekeeping team barely made an effort to improve the condition of the room. It felt like the staff didn’t care about maintaining basic hygiene standards.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Residency, Kozhikode. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering great comfort. I had the worst experience at this hotel. When I was checking out, they asked me to pay additional charges for using hotel amenities that I did not use. They had a list of items that were supposedly included in the room before I checked in. However, when I compared the list, the items in the room did not match. Despite this, they charged me for the additional items. I didn’t take a single item that wasn’t included in the complimentary list. I informed the manager that I would not pay for those items, but their response was terrible. They accused me of taking them, despite having no records of who placed the items in the room or any other evidence. In any case, I refused to make the additional payment because I did not use those items. Please ensure that the list of items matches what is present in the room at check-in to avoid such situations in the future. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
