Hotel Meriya

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Meriya in Kozhikode recently, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. This 3-star hotel provided a fantastic experience, combining comfort, excellent service, and great amenities. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was courteous, efficient, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their prompt service and professionalism added a special touch to the experience.

The stay at Hotel Meriya was so nice. This is first time I was staying at this hotel. Check in was so speedy and I got a spacious room for my stay. They have provided all the amenities that a room needed. Breakfast also good. The receptionist person clearly given all the descriptions while check in. I will surely come again to Hotel Meriya for my next stay at Kozhikode.

Last two days before I had visited there in executive bar, always there is no door ,so AC is not enough cooling,the price of all drinks and beverages are high according to the facilities,the executive bar is congested, then the most noticeable thing Iam not satisfied is after my drinks and eating,there service is very bad,after all I got my bill..... food bill and mineral water bill is there,but my liquor bill is written manually and add to the total computer bill,even after asking,they suddenly entering it in computer and given it fast,...I think it is cheating,The senior waiter...he is like rude behaviour even after I was asking my bill,I think there is an adjustment between waiters and counter staffs..of liquor sales..This is complaint to the management about the fraudulent behaviour they have.,Iam also working in this hospitality industry more than 20years,so, considered this review as my complaint,and take immediate action against.. fraudulent activities...they had done... thankyou

Staffs are cordial ,the food sources are yummy . A staff named Jicks in non ac bar is very kind and willing to help with a smile and he is very quick also. I liked the experience of having drinks in non ac bar.
