Worst Worst Worst:- 1. Very poor water supply in bathroom 2. Blanket smell like shit (not washed from years) 3. Room full with mosquito and insect 4. Zero hygeine 5. Bathroom condition 2 out of 10 6. Only 1 charging plug in room 7. No proper cross ventilation

I stayed 10 days in this property. I am totally satisfied with the rooms and service. It is in the middle of town, but it feels calm and quiet. It is also easy to access the beach, mall, and city stadiums. The main attraction is that it is a budget-friendly property. I am totally satisfied❣️

Rooms are small yet peaceful to stay.Bed is very comfortable . Good service by the management at affordable price. The only minor problem is that the windows don't have a mosquito mesh. If you close the windows, it gets very hot and difficult to sleep at night.

I have taken a Ac room for 1600 rupees the room was small and not kept clean.Non other than that the room was only having a plug point and that is for the TV .More over not at all worth for the money I have spend

I am stayed here to attend an exam in Calicut city. It was a wonderful experience. If you are looking for budget rooms without sacrificing comfort, The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The historic building has modern amenities, making it a cozy stay. While searching for nearby hotel rooms, I found this gem just 1 km from the railway station and was very happy with my choice. Neat & tidy room & toilet. Plumbing in toilet ought to be corrected (for leakage) which they’ll probably attend to. Sufficient parking space. Can walk to the beach, railway station (if couple of kilometers of walk isn’t a big deal). I stayed solo.
