Nextel Inn Calicut

Terrible experience. The staff and lady manager were rude and unprofessional. They overcharge for rooms with poor facilities, and checkout rules weren’t informed at check-in. They even charge ₹250 per hour for late checkout. I saw rats in the corridors—completely unhygienic. There are far better hotels in Calicut. Avoid this one.

Very bad experience. Staff behaviour is bad. I am not satisfied with rooms. Normal room called luxury suits 🤣🤣🤣. Finding the hotel is another task. No sign board in the road. Worst experience. If u r lucky u will get some fine also after checkout.

A decent place and VFM hotel.....they extended my stay by 2 hours even though I had late check in but charged half the price .... overall a decent place but currently undergoing renovation...

**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I had an extremely disappointing stay..The service was subpar, and the staff were irresponsible and unhelpful throughout my visit. From check-in to check-out, there was a clear lack of professionalism and attentiveness. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The room was ok but overall the facility did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, with a musty odor lingering in the compound that made the experience unpleasant. Overall, the stay was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very worst experience. Fan was making souch noise. Room was not clean. Bathroom door was not locking . Experiences is very bad.

Poor service. Despite booking well in advance, rooms were provided much after the check-in time. While the location is great and the rooms are clean, the charged amount doesn't seem justified for the overall experience. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.
