Townhouse OAK Central Suits

My recent stay was, unfortunately, the worst experience I've ever had. Basic amenities were lacking, with only one towel and a small bar of Medimix soap provided. The Wi-Fi signal was consistently weak, making it largely unusable. Furthermore, the bathroom's cleanliness was a major issue, as it still contained cigarette butts from the previous tenant. Considering the cost, I strongly advise others to explore alternative accommodations, as this one simply doesn't offer good value.

I booked two rooms with breakfast through booking.com and I had a bad experience from townhouse OAK central suites, bathroom door was broken , bathroom shower was leaking and splashing all over the bathroom , over and above , Guests in the room were exposed to Electrical shock from hanging a switch board . (Photographs attached) In addition to all above the rooms were booked with breakfast, but no breakfast was served, when we asked about the breakfast they replied that we can claim and get refund from booking.com where as in Booking.com , you can’t find any such provision. I strongly recommend not to book rooms through booking.com in this hotel . I Stayed in room No -102 .

Wost experience ever. Booked room through oyo while executive told me she made sure I will be checking in early and I only have to pay 1500 in total with taxes and specifically told me not to pay any amount extra. However when I reached the hotel I had to wait for 30min as there were no receptionist. Then I was told I cannot check in and I have to pay an extra amount of 500 along with 1500 for early check-in. Meanwhile they showed me the available room which was dirty with stained bedsheets and matrees. I would highly suggest to avoid this hotel

Wall paints were removed … bathroom corner fully spider dust .. I booked in booking.com , it was mentioned as free breakfast .. But they didn’t provide any breakfast .. it’s not worth for money … I booked 2 room for 4400 including tax.. one of the worst experience I ever witnessed for this pay …

Worst experience… Everything is worst ie facilities and staff support. The pictures shown in the app doesn’t have any touch with the real situation. We haven’t even received any facilities like they have promised in the site like hot water, mineral water, Breakfast and not even a dustbin inside the room. The room was haunted with cockroaches and mosquitoes. Please don’t be fooled by this kind of fraud promises.

Very very bad experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! First of all we were a group of three and since we just needed to stay for around 3 hours we opted a triple sharing room. In fact we booked this hotel on booking.com only because they had such a room . Once we reached there at the middle of the night , the receptionist said they cannot give us the room as we are a group of two guys and one lady and that it was against their hotel policies . Even after talking to the manager there was no change in their stand . Finally we agreed to pay extra and take an extra room as we had no other choice at 2am midnight . The rooms were so bad . They were not cleaned , dustbins were not changed , bathrooms were not clean , even the flush and health faucet were broken. We couldn’t even sleep properly because of the horrible smell in the room . We booked this hotel to primarily sleep for a few hours before we took off for our work trip . But unfortunately we couldn’t . Please stay away from these kind of fraud places .

Pathetic .. first of all the picture shown in the booking app was entirely different when it coming to the reality , 1) The hotel located in a gut road 2) no sufficient parking facilities 3) if one vehicle come opposite, will get stucked 4) when entering to reception we saw a man smoking cigarettes openly in the reception while talking to reception staff .. 5) Reception staffs was not even clear about the rooms and services to be provided for prepaid customer , we booked for 3 people and they where asking to adjust in a double bed , while asking for extra bed they told it is chargable 6)The room was having bedsheets with holes, while asking they are saying it's new bedsheets somebody made hole using cigarettes, I don't know why an another customer want to adjust with this 7) Then he gave another room , this we had some company , cockroches other insects etc....and bathroom was not clean and flush buttons was already broken ..we have to put some effort to press those buttons , Overall we need to pay the cash and adjust all this shit ... Don't book this hotel

Didn't have the courtesy give us a call to say that the 2 rooms we had booked for 4 people where under maintenance. We had to go in search for other rooms, that too on a Saturday.
