Its close to the railway station. Quite a few mosquitos in the room. Electric kettle is provided in the room but no coffee or tea sachets provided. But not bad for a quick one day stay.

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. The air conditioning was not working all night, making the room unbearable. When I raised the issue, the manager, Ms. Sumi, behaved in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Instead of addressing the problem, she argued and refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, no refund or compensation was offered despite the inconvenience. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for basic comfort or decent customer service. At last we needed to call the Police also. That much worst service they are providing.

Not worth it – very bad experience Booked 2 rooms for 3 hours (8–11 AM), but was given only one initially. Had to inform staff about the second room, which was unclean and not ready. Receptionist was rude, defiant and unhelpful. Poor service overall. Not recommended.

Terrible experience. The staff and lady manager were rude and unprofessional. They overcharge for rooms with poor facilities, and checkout rules weren’t informed at check-in. They even charge ₹250 per hour for late checkout. I saw rats in the corridors—completely unhygienic. There are far better hotels in Calicut. Avoid this one.

**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I had an extremely disappointing stay..The service was subpar, and the staff were irresponsible and unhelpful throughout my visit. From check-in to check-out, there was a clear lack of professionalism and attentiveness. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The room was ok but overall the facility did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, with a musty odor lingering in the compound that made the experience unpleasant. Overall, the stay was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience. Staff behaviour is bad. I am not satisfied with rooms. Normal room called luxury suits 🤣🤣🤣. Finding the hotel is another task. No sign board in the road. Worst experience. If u r lucky u will get some fine also after checkout.
