First of all room was not clean. Bathroom fittings quality was poor. If u operate water tap it will come out to your hand. Door lock was very tight. Poorly fitted bed lamp was not working. Hot water was not available. Breakfast quality was poor. If you ask for drinking water, bottle will be served without cap. Very poor.

This is my second time staying at this hotel with family. Both times my experience were great. The room was clean and pleasant. The staff was quite helpful and were prompt with any requested services. Highly recommended.
