Hotel O Classic Stay

"I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. The rooms are filthy and unkempt. There was dirt and visible stains on beds and pillows. But the bathrooms were kept clean. The reception staff is okay but other long haired guy was just making show off to cancel the booking and behaving rude. The long haired guy is definitely not from Calicut...because I know the Calicut people for long years..... When I complained about the cleanliness of the room, they just said that they would send someone up to clean it. However after a long lecture they changed a bedsheet which is a used one in prima facie itself.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is dirty, overpriced,. I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again." Really thank those guys in reception and one with curly hair and a north Indian guy....who atleast shown some care for us. Only because of that long haired guy... You deserves this rating. Photos attached

Dont go to this place,Regret going to this place,very bad approach by the staff in convincing us to stay here,plz don't take risk in going there...Very bad experience... don't waste your money and time,their owner was very rude. So think before you go.The pillow cover was very damaged and dirty... Many people have been disappointed here.. Bad experience...Very bad experience 👎The room and bathroom were not clean😒

Rooms were not good at all there was seepage in the room toilets were not clean and staff behaviour was very rude

Worst worst worst!!! Do not go with this place. The worst hotel staff available. Rude! Poor service bad smelly rooms
