OYO 63271 Brand Residency

As the hotel is located at a prominent business area, there is a lot of sound of cards and vehicles honking during the daytime. But at night, I found the surroundings to be very calm and peaceful. As I was on a business trip and spent only the nights at the hotel, I did not face much of a problem.

Extremely pathetic kind of behavior from the hotel management. I booked 2 rooms and made online payment via OYO. When arrived at hotel, I was questioned for making payment online demanding a pay at hotel facility. Ridiculous and rude behaviour afterwords on questioning following a get lost kind of reply from the manager.
