It’s our 4th time to this hotel and the hotel accommodation is really great with family The price is worth But there are some renovations they need to do for the bathroom Shower is not working properly. Hotel staffs are friendly and good 👍

The stuff behaviour was just amazing.. They were so co-operative,our 10 days went pleasantly. I would only recommend them to repair the door locks of washrooms/kitchen. Air conditioner of one room was great but another one was not working properly, after notifying them,they took prompt action. Thanks a lot for that. Location was also good, necessary things could be easily found nearby. So if u are planning for Calicut, and want a spacious hotel in a reasonable value Ruby residency is a good choice. I have a just small suggestion. Plz try to give at least 2 glasses and two plates and don’t leave any broken handled mug in washroom. I stayed for 10 days so I baught them by myself.But for a shorter period of staying, these are minimal requirements as u have kitchen and dining table. Otherwise everything was just superb

Receptionist gives wrong information to customer , rooms are not so clean . Price are very high compared to other hotels . Price is not worthy the stay . Very disappointed. They need to make a lot of improvement.

Good for bystanders at Aster Mims Calicut. Not so spacious rooms with one chair each for guests. Small bathroom. All together it's ok coz it's for hospital bystanders.

A good residency to stay near MIMS. Not too costly. If you're a group of 3 or 4 this is a good choice. Good rooms. Dealings of staffs were also nice.

Room cost is very high compared to other hotel because rooms are not cleaned, I booked this hotel through online and enter around midnight. They are given very low quality room and that time I was very tired. Nest day I wished to cancel the booking. But they are refused to refund. So I given more money for upgrading and changing room

The room was very nice. But They view customers in different ways. Their direct customers will be their first priority. But their behaviour to those who book through online sites is very poor.

Spacious rooms.. easier travel modes.. calm place in the city with all the facilities of the city. Transportation methods are available easily.. BHK rooms.. near to MIMS hospital..
