Capital O Hotel Malabar Inn

This hotel is one of the greatest I've ever been in, plus it's close to the well-known Maharani in Kozhikode. The hotel is really roomy and has a lovely ambience. The personnel was amiable and supportive. The accommodations were cozy and immaculate. Overall, I had a wonderful visit. In addition, the hotel's location and amenities were excellent. Overall, I had a great time and would heartily suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Kozhikode. Above all, the meal tasted great

The Malabar Haritage the resort the best. Food quality is 💯 All staff are good. Best service. If you are in Calicut then must visit this place.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. There were bed mites in the bed. Lost our sleep at night. They were good a year before. But now they are not upto the mark. Stayed here for about 3 weeks on 2017 November and stayed recently on September 2019. The breakfast is good. Staffs are OK. The door is less secure. The overall smell in that hotel is kind of smoky. Lot of room for improvement...

I booked a room in OYO for three people at a price of Rs.1350 and since we were 4 in number we paid an extra Rs.500 at Check-in. The overall ambience was good but smoky smell was present in the lift as well as our corridor. The room we got actually was meant for 2 people only. When I asked, we got an extra bed and when I said we were 4, we got one more. 4 beds were too much for the small room. Cleanliness, furniture, A/C were good ; except the fact that the extra bed we got had bedbugs. That made my sleep disturbed. Also the flush of the toilet was not properly working. We had ordered two tea at about 5.50 in the evening and was replied that those will be available only after 6. At 6.30 we called again and asked for two teas ; one without sugar and one with. At about 6.50 we received the order. Both were with sugar. Complimentary breakfast had limited options and there too no tea without sugar was available. Overall there is very much scope for improvement.

Good service and food. Great ambience especially the dining area and lawn. Clean toilets and bedsheets. No disturbances during the stay. Reasonable pricing! Friendly atmosphere. No extra or hidden charges. Worth the price! Pleasant experience. But doesn't permit unmarried couples and people with local ID proofs.

The rooms are clean with good working air con which is a must for the heat. Our room was on the second floor and the WiFi wasn't stable. The breakfast was average with limited options. The management was below average. They forget to get things done even on repeated requests. The location of the hotel is really good in a calm peaceful area.

Very poorly maintained. The bedsheets and blankets were I stayed were not clean. The floor boards were loose. The door lock wasn't working properly. The service was poor and unclean. Also I had booked for a deluxe twin bed, on arrival found out that they didn't have one such room. Instead of giving us a deluxe, they gave us a normal twin bed, we ended up paying for the deluxe itself. Thus inconsistent of their orders and services.

The hotel is very close to the main road. Parking is available for vehicles here. The rooms are very spacious and easily accomodate three persons. Bathrooms are neat and clean and utilities are also provided. There's an in-house restaurant available at the hotel and for bookings through online they provide complimentary breakfast also. The breakfast is buffet type and is available from 8:30 onwards. The staff at reception and housekeeping are all very helpful
