SAAS Residency

I used to frequently stay at a good hotel near Kozhikode railway station. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the station. The rooms are neat and clean, and the service is top-notch. However, the rates have recently increased, and breakfast options are no longer available.

Walkable distance to calicut rail way station that is the super attraction.. Compact rooms.. The toilet is super compact.. In fact a bit congested.. Otherwise neat and clean.. Restaurant is under maintenance.. No kettle and other things.. Only one towel in default and u need to ask for the second one.. Wardrobe is spacious..

My stay at Hotel Saas was disappointing. The room was incredibly small and felt very cramped, with barely enough space to move around. It was far from comfortable. To make things worse, the AC wasn’t working properly, which made the entire experience frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort. Rating: 3/5.

Rooms are good, but compact Bed , fan , tv , ac, drawer with hanger , towel, shampoo soap lotion are working available. Geyser , clean cambod, shower but less force water on room no 310-330 But only 500ml water 😔 Service is fast ⏩ Reception people good

An affordable hotel within walkable distance from the Calicut railway station. Geaser working. AC working. Comfortable bed. They provided a bath towel, soap, dental kit and 2 bottles of water. Absolutely value for money.

It's a congested room, and very congested bathroom. Somewhere The room's paint was about to fall!! And the bathroom exhauster fan sounds like a train!! Services and Complimentary breakfast was nice. The location is too good because it's only has 100 meters to railway station. In total the room was a below average one!!

I’ve stayed at Saas Residency twice. It’s located less than 250 meters from Calicut Railway Station, making it very convenient. The rooms and washrooms are small but clean and well-maintained. It’s a basic stay with decent service, and the check-in and check-out process is smooth. The hotel is within walking distance of food and transport facilities, which is a plus. While there was a restaurant operating during my last stay, it's currently under maintenance. Overall, Saas Residency offers a budget-friendly stay in a calm atmosphere at a great location.
