NillPrices are bit high compared to the other hotels(normal room- 1800/day, dulex room -2400/day). Parking facility was available. Room service was bad. Dirty bedsheets and pillow cover provided. Also they charge for the mineral water. No complementary breakfast.

NillI will give only a four star ,as the lift was being repaired and my room was on the 3rd floor. However, apart from this , all other facilities were EXCELLENT! Clean toilets are my weakness, and the toilets and the rooms were sparkling clean. They had disinfected the toilets . Only thing which I didn't like was dark colored tiles in the toilet.Good thing: They were anti slip , so from a safety view point, excellent. The staff was very friendly , and since I'd booked through OYO , I'd had a seamless experience. Has a nearby restaurant , and the location is perfect for any type of traveller. Overall , a great experience. Should I change it to Five stars? Well , 4.5 is OK!!!

NillI had booked room at this place through the oyo app at a discounted price, but when I reached the place to check in, the receptionist asked to me pay additional 500Rs saying the discounted price for the booking was due to a server maintenance error on the oyo app. The room was well maintained though with AC and TV, parking facility is available, bathroom condition can be improved, the railway station is nearby and the train noises may be an issue to some. Overall not bad, but the facility wasn't worth the extra money they charged

NillLodge ware overcoat this is what I can say in a single word. 1. No hot water at all the time 2. I requested to fix the wifi they didn't care. 3. No standard tables in the room to keep our things. 4. Trips makers site charged 800 rupees extra than the normal tariff rate. 5. Waiting for breakfast. No idea what gonna happen

Nillstayed in room no 215 darwesh residency online Goibibo Booking at ₹770 not accepted .early morning 1am they refused to give my room.and asked me to pay Rs. 2000 and cancel online booking . But their 2k deluxe room was very bad and not even worth Rs 500 . full time very bad smell on the room from toilet.when i went room,manager told smell is due to closed atmosphere in room and sprayed a rom spray. Bathroom full wet and kept a paper cover on closet as sanitised. but its just washed with water only and not even dryed . if you press the flush you cannot sit even in the room due to bad smell. very important bathroom floor is very slippery you may get an injury in the bathroom. jet spray is not working. No complimentary dental kit . No breakfast. If we want they will buy and deliver it to our room .It's payable I complained about smell in fro t of cleaning staff.manager acted like he don't know anything .but cleaning staff openly said yes there is smell and not only for this room but other rooms are also have the same problem. so please don't take this hotel .very bad hotel

NillVery bad experience I had. I had chose this residency to stay for 2 days at Calicut. I have booked this property through Goibibo. Paid the full amount through online. I have reached only at next day early morning. Actual checkin time is 12 PM of previous day. But that's ok, I can checkin at any time since I am booked for 2 days. But when I reached at the hotel early morning, the person at reception said like there is no room available. I said him that I have booked and paid already. After a heatup discussion, he checked the booking portal, he said like, they couldn't allow in this price which I have already paid. I am shocked. He is very harsh and I tried to convey him that I am too tired after night travel. But he is not all agreeing. He is telling like, online portals are wrong and they are giving fake price and information. He asked me to call the customer care and raise issue. I lost the control, I have booked this days before and once I reached early morning with so much of tired, I have to call them and raise issue. I said like, if they are not happy with the booking amount, the hotel should inform the customer before. Anyways they are getting alerts and information of the booking and they have the customer details. The irony is, if we are searching on the property to get the contact details, we will get OYO customer care number only. There is no way to get direct hotel number. And they are telling like OYO is cheating. Completely disappointed. I am not the only person got affected by this. There are many people waiting in the reception on issues like this.

NillDirectly to the point "you pay extra 400 per day per room " that too non AC rather than AC you booked for or ask you to "get out with your family". Even the beds or the room is of worst maintanence. That was my experience with this hotel. I wish this doesn't happen to anyone.

NillWe booked through Oyo. They said that we will not accept that price and you have to pay 1200 extra. We contacted Oyo and they paid the amount to the hotel itself but the issue is we wasted 1 hour in the conversation. Why Oyo and the hotel didn't settle this issue as I can see there are multiple similar complaints.
