I stayed at International Tourist Home, Kozhikode, and had a very bad experience. During the night there was no electricity in my room. I called reception many times, and the only answer “please wait 10 minutes.” But the power did not return for almost an hour. The room was like a pressure cooker, extremely hot, and I could not sleep well at all. Very poor service and no proper solution from the hotel staff. Definitely not recommended.

We checked in this hotel on the 10th of May this weekend and I'm surprised to say that the rooms were VERY VERY filthy, ac did not even have remote, used and dirty bedsheets, and the bathroom was disgusting as hell, the bathroom washing spray doesn't work properly, buckets and mugs were of very poor quality. i HIGHLY recommend NOT to stay in this horrible dungeon NEVER EVER FALL INTO SUCH FILTHY HOTELS 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Though it is near to Kozhikode Railway Station, i sincerely felt that this hotel was the worst hotel that I've went in my whole life!!!!!!, i will NEVER EVER come here again Signing off, Nithin.

It was very uncomfortable. Place is located very close to the railway station and affordable but Room seems clean in the first look But not very clean I can't walk inside the room without a chappal ,the floor need to be cleaned There's a lot cigarette packets in the balcony . When we open the table drawer it was full of used cigarettes The waste bin was full of used liquor bottles As a woman I feel a bit unsafe

Yesterday, I visited Kozhikode and booked a room at the International Tourist Home. The room tariff was ₹1000, but the facilities didn't justify the price . The bathroom door had no lock, which was a major concern. We reported the issue, but the staff didn't attend to it. They promised to shift us to another room, but that didn't happen. To make matters worse, the main door's key was also broken.There were no comforters provided in the room. We had to request them, and only then were they given to us. My suggestion to anyone planning to stay here: thoroughly inspect the room before checking in and confirm everything is in working order.

The room was okay for the price of ₹650. The only problems were the numerous mosquitos in 412. I couldn't sleep. But, they changed my room after I called at 3 AM. So, kudos for the service! Just giving 4 stars due to mosquitos. Otherwise, okay for ₹650 price point.

International Tourist Home, Kozhikode, offers a decent stay for travelers. The location is quite convenient, being close to the main city attractions, which is a plus. However, the facilities could use some improvement. The rooms are basic and clean, but they lack some modern amenities that many travelers may expect. The staff is friendly, but the service could be more prompt. Overall, it’s a reasonable option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay, but don’t expect anything luxurious. I choose A/C room, but there is no remote control. They set 16°. Frequently I switched off main switch. And there is no floor carpets.
