SAAS Residency

The location - a 500 m walk from the railway station - is the best thing about this place. The room is quite small and understandably so, for it is a budget hotel. However, I found the wall to be stained. There was no water to drink. Only after I asked them, did they give me water the following day. The signage on the second floor, indicating the direction of the rooms is exactly the other way round so I went to the wrong wing of the floor at 3 am when I was tired and wanted to rest 😭

Saas Residency – Great Stay, Greater Value! I stayed at Saas Residency recently and had a very pleasant experience — especially considering the sweet deal I got through Goibibo. Definitely value for money! From the moment I stepped in, the reception was warm and welcoming — check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the toilet was well-maintained, which honestly made a big difference after a long day of travel. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable even during the humid night. Cleanliness overall was top-notch — no unpleasant surprises anywhere. The only small hiccup was that hot water wasn’t available late at night, which could be a bit inconvenient if you're arriving late or prefer a night shower. Would be great if they had 24x7 hot water. Other than that, everything was spot on. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and reliable stay in town, Saas Residency is a solid pick!

One of the budget friendly stays I have experienced in Calicut. Need to focus of staff services. Apart from that, everything else is fine.

Neat and hygienic room and bathroom easy accessibility to major Business centres. No complimentary break fast or restaurant. Little congested room you keep hitting the cot moving around.

COCKROACHES ALL OVER THE WASHROOM, not just one or two an army of those. At night coming out too. Whatever built and kept is nice but no maintenance at all. Staying here while typing the review (feb 8-10 of 2025, on room 313) using the toilet is a night mare with these creatures all over !

Good.An affordable hotel nearly a calicut railway station at a walkable distance, budget friendly rooms are avilable for solo and bussiness travellers .attached a mini air conditioned conference hall for a business meet and other functions. services are good but parking too difficult.
