⭐ 5 Star "Great Stay – Safe and Comfortable for Women" We (sisters) stayed at Royal Plaza City Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was very safe and comfortable, especially for women staying alone or together. Staff were polite, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were neat and clean, and hygiene was well maintained. All services were good and professional. This is a great place for ladies who are looking for a safe and peaceful stay in the city. Best service We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Royal Plaza City! Perfect for couples — quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Great location with easy access to local attractions. and room service was prompt. It felt like a home away from home.

Good things first , Amazing customer service . I mean outstanding . Front desk is so good & always pleasant . We stayed 2 nights yesterday . Location : Awesome . You can get to any where in no time . Restaurants like Rahmath Paragon, Indian coffee house etc is less than 5 min . Coming to rooms It do not look like in picture . For us as its queen bed it was very congested .Ita just a small basic neat room for the price you pay . If you are alone it’s ok :)

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a fantastic location in the heart of the city. It's conveniently close to the train station, bus stop, and also transportation available to the airport, making it easy to get around. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful, providing top-notch services. I would definitely choose Royal Plaza City again for my next stay in Calicut

I initially booked for 4 nights planning to work during the day and tour the city in the evenings. I had called ahead to confirm that the wifi was good and working, which they assured me that it was. However, there was no wifi in my room and the staff was very nonchalant about it. They kept giving me false information and misleading hints on when it would be fixed (it wasn't). The rooms are all quite small, much smaller than they appear in the picture. There was no table or chair in my room. The staff all seemed very disinterested to me and did not come across as helpful. The room was very dirty - there was hair on the floor and tiles were broken in many places. They have a no visitors policy which they do not advertise in the site. It was overall a very bad experience and I modified my booking to just one night and left the place. DO NOT RECOMMEND
