The Terrace Business Hotel by LADDER, Calicut

I recently stayed at The Terrace Ladder and had a mixed experience. The room was quite spacious and had centralized AC, which made it comfortable. The toilet was clean, but it felt pretty average—not something that stood out. The biggest issue was the twin beds they provided. I asked for a room upgrade, hoping for something more suitable, but they told me there were no rooms available. That was frustrating because it was obvious there were plenty of vacant rooms. While the basics were fine, the lack of transparency and effort to accommodate guest requests left me disappointed. Rating: 3/5.

Rooms are quite small but with all amenities. One room was a bit unclean so requested to change and hot better room. AC remote wasn't working. Sometimes the don't put all the amenities, like only 1 towel, or not giving the hair products.

Decent hotel but without a restaurant or complimentary breakfast. The room is small for twin occupancy but clean neat with all amenities. Parking available. Highly recommended.

Budget hotel in the center of the city. Very accessible from railway station. Rooms are basic and minimal with required amenities. Ideal for business travel and quick trips.

Very easy to access from the railway station. There lot of restaurants for food near the hotel. Very good hospitality. Good view of city from the room. Very good rooms.

They are providing two single beds in a Deluxe room which costs around 1800 Rs . There's lot of cheaper options available inside the same locality ,will never recommend to any of my friends

The hotel Room was clean but it was not upto the photos they provide and the expectations.TV was not in a working condition . Overall an average experience.

Nice cosy place very near to railway station. Budget friendly place for short stays in Kozhikode. Also very near to very famous Sweet Meat Street and Mananchira.
