Check-in Experience: Disappointing My check-in experience at this hotel was disappointing. I arrived at 8 AM, hoping to check in early, but the receptionist informed me that early check-in was only available for an extra fee. I decided to come back later. When I returned at 11:30 AM, the receptionist asked me to wait for 5 minutes. Shortly after, two other guests arrived and were told the same thing. After 5 minutes, the key was handed over to the other guests, but I was not called. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes before being asked to fill out a form. I was then informed that the only available room was smaller than the one I had booked, and I was asked to wait again. After a total wait of 45 minutes, I finally received my key card. If the room wasn’t available, they should have informed me upfront instead of making me wait unnecessarily. The entire process took nearly 50 minutes, and it was clear that the staff did not value my time. To make matters worse, the toilet in the room had an unpleasant smell, like urine, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. In summary, if you have time to waste and don't mind unpleasant odors, this hotel might be for you. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Went for an official Training program. Hall was good. Provided sound system and projector for conducting the program. Service was awesome. Food was good. Parking is limited.

Pros: - Conveniently located in the main town of Calicut, making transportation easy and accessible. Cons: - Delayed check-in: We waited an hour before receiving our room key. - Unpleasant room odor, possibly from detergent. - Housefly found in the room. - Bathroom issues: Leaky closet pipe and a persistent foul smell. - Poor lighting: Difficulty finding light switches, and some lights didn’t work. - Inadequate service: Booked a room for three adults, but the extra bed was not provided when requested late at night. Overall, despite its 4-star rating, the stay was disappointing with several areas in need of improvement.

I recommend this hotel.for excellend stay and superb buffet breakfast . The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently processed our reservation.within minutes,which was great start to our stay.the bed was comfortable,and all amenities like the TV and WI-FI worked perfectly.the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.they provide great recommendation for local dining options and were always quick to assist with any queries we had. Considering the quality of service and amenities.hotel provided excellent value for money. Overall, hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect of service .from the friendly staff to the comfortable room and convenient location,we had a memorable stay would highly recommend it"....

Poor service. When I visited Last time in 2022 they used to give bath towel. Nothing was given this time. Flies were there in the room. Stain on bedsheet, toilet. We called for cleaning while we went out and they didn't even clean it And we asked for a bottle of water on the day of checkout and the lady at the reception was rude and said they won't give. Not gonna visit here again

1. No parking was available even after booking a room. They gave excuses of some function 2. The room was not available as we demanded 3. Lift was not working when we arrived (gave an explanation that we switched it off ) Not very satisfying service when we arrived after a long drive.
