Royal Plaza City

I recently stayed at the Royal Plaza City , and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location of the hotel is also convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kozhikode for its cleanliness, great service, and overall value.

Not worth for paying the amount. It costs online booking 1500/- that we got the room with mosquitoes and not that clean floor. We were already tired and wet due to rain so we’re not able to find another hotel at last moment. I don’t know why people has given 4.4 I request people please share real reviews so that if anyone like us, new in the city always depends upon your review and rating. Honesty matters. Whole night mosquitoes bite us does this really we can except? Didn’t find any hotel like this that AC is not working properly too. Though the staff was good and but how can I give 4 or 5 stars for the staff, if I didn’t get the good enough service.

I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and my room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, there was a significant issue with the water supply during my stay. On the first night, there was no water available from the tap, and it took about half an hour before it started flowing again. Unfortunately, the next morning, there was no water available in the toilet either. This was quite inconvenient, especially when you expect basic amenities to function without issue. To their credit, the hotel staff quickly responded by shifting me to another room, where everything worked fine. While I appreciated their prompt action, the initial lack of water was a major drawback in an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests have a more consistent experience. That’s why i would like to give only 3 stars

My husband Abhilash and I recently stayed at Royal Plaza City , and it was a very good experience. From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was peaceful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.The Room is spacious and comfortable, and their staff behaviour is excellent ( special thanks to Hannan). I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel hygienic and very friendly staffs were helped us in staying over 15 days in this hotel. Room service was fantastic and location was super. Our 5 foreign nationals were stayed safely and happily. Thanks to Royal Plaza City Manaemt and staffs

Excellent stay, I stayed in a single occupancy A/c room and stay was awesome. The property is well maintained and wel behaved staff. The manager is well behaved and really friendly and gets everything done without any issue.
