Ground flore room is better but top flore room dont select because very hot

Rooms are quite nice maintained but staff are very less It was quite place for us while me and family visited there , rather then us there were no one staying there except the staff We had good time and selected our own favoured rooms because of the more rooms availability They offer homemade breakfast

Very bad experience from the hotel side. The front office guy who spoke with us was beyond his control. Showed no manner to the guest. Never recommend this hotel to anyone who visit thekkady.
