ALPHA JUNGLE HOMES

One of the best stays ever. Had an amazing time here the temperatures are perfect and u can always wake up to an beautiful view, the clouds covering the mountains. Evening is really chilly here with fog everywhere which makes it more exciting. The hospitality is really good you always feel welcomed and yes they have a pool too where you can dive into the chilly water. Hope to return here soon.

Worst experience ever I had. Pool not at all cleaned even we booked resort 1 day before. Room had bad smell, TV not working. No outdoor and indoor activities appreciated. if you want drinking water you should take it with you from outside and if you want towels,soap,paste etc you want ask them or else you won't get it. There is 800 rupees fee for getting the resort in jeep even it's their responsibility to get us there. No room services. And the main thing, if you complaint about these things manager will tell us they don't want our money just telling us to get lost from there. And they told us that they won't give vehicle to get out from the jungle. Please rethink about your visit to there before confirming and ask the manager about all the arrangements you will get.

WORST RESORT stay i have ever experienced.It was our second time to this resort,first time which was 1year before and it was nice.So,we got there second time.We were really shocked to see the current situation. It's maintained so badly,untidy rooms with bad odour,discoloured pillows,no water in the room,uncleaned pool,no outdoor and indoor activities. And interestingly, we need to pay an extra 800 to get into their property in their OWN vehicle (else u need to walk 3.5kms uphill !!!!) We complained about all this things to the manager and his response was "i already have lot other things to manage, u guys adjust or just GO.." WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY,coz i care for them..!

excellent place to stay for 2 or 3 days. its the last estate available by road. only vehicles with higher ground clearance can reach the place. good food. rooms are new so not much facility. hot water available in only 1 room.

Utter waste of time,effort and money. There is nothing but dirty pool filled with frogs, empty camp fire base, average food and disrespectful staff. Worst ever experience for a resort.

4/2/2020 A lot of the times, a bad review of a place is manipulated by the management by posting fake good reviews by themselves...but i got to say what i experienced.. I stayed at this place and the way the staff treated was pathetic...they have the attitude which made me feel that I was the one responsible for the lack of amenities!!....they have mentioned that there is a pool, badminton court and other outdoor activities...but the reality is none of it can be done... can't swim in pool because its very poorly maintained..the water in it is dirty... can't play badminton because there is no badminton bat, no shuttle cork plus they don't allow it!!!...there was a carrom board..when asked if about it...the staff replied by saying that they were playing and thats why they can't give the carrom board!!! Just imagine, in a place where the guests should be treated with hospitality, the guests gets such a bad attitude!!!!... Despite all this, in the room the TV doesn't work..i called the room service...a staff came after some time and he says...there is no dish and no cable...if i wanted to watch anything I should have a pendrive and the contents in it...it was quite frustrating hearing all this from different staffs in an unpleasant tone...there is no apology of any sort... there is no trying to make the guests comfortable...so...we decided to call the manager and spoke to the manager about all these things...and without any hesitation he said: if i didn't like it leave the place!!!! -( പറ്റിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇറങ്ങി പോയിക്കോ) Wow so much for guest hospitality!!! We maintained our calm and manners...thanks to the management for destroying our mood 👏🏻👏🏻. I would never book a room in this place neither will i suggest this place to anyone...

that place looks like aswome .. it's a true jungle resort.. and pools also available.. nice service. Rooms are very good .. neat and clean..
